Does exactly what it says. Starts quick. Even continues to track in the background. And when locked.

This can almost be considered a hoax. You dont put an image on your front page with "turn hotspot on" and then in the app show a "guide" to how to turn it on. This app pretends to show value but eventually provides none.

This is not an app, for an iPhone that is with a company that does not give you the "Personal Hotspot" option. This will not change anything. I find this app pointless.
